For some reason, I cannot buy wind release or coimbo release. I have every upgrade except these two and I have 1.1 Qi claimed slayers points to purchase at least one of them. When highlighted, both skills show 1 Qi in green and in the case of wind release, the required skillls listed are also green but the button to buy says can't buy yet.

yes but as far as I'm aware that shouldn't matter. I have followed Zaerdin Gaming on youtube and he was able to buy these skills without UAing before buying them. The astral lock stops the effect the skill but it is still bought
