||Due to irregular Platform Distance and Rotation of the Hero it is impossible to know, if the hero will jump on the platform.

For Example - in this Image the hero has every visible Pixel located above the surface of the platform but does not activate the platform - He phases through to the platform underneath ..

Possible Solution:
It would be helpful to have an optical indicator like a perfect round boost bubble around the hero to have a hitbox or a more lenient platform mechanic.||

Yeah, the collision is pretty bad

I played doodle jump way back then and the leniency on that was a lot more friendly (the character sprite didn't even need to be fully above the platform) but I think a middle ground between that and the one we currently have on AH would be perfect

I wonder if it's on a per-character basis. I play as bunny-suit Anna and I usually bounce up even if my character is a little less than halfway under.

Sometimes i experience to bounce off platforms i did calculate to Phase through.

Another solution would be regular patterns.

Or maybe there is a Hidden collision Layer which is not at the same Position as the Sprite layer?
