if you mean the numbers at the top of the divinities page thats not a cap its the amount of dp you have that you can spend/total dp
so for example prestiging your minions would increase that second number
or breaking an armory item

I hope can explain this properly and i sincerely hope I'm mistaken but I don't want to test it out but I couldve swore when I UA'd last and lets use my current 7212 (cap?) that when I ultra prestiged with maybe like 2000+ unspent DP and some DP with my minions it would go to 7212/7212 but if I added everything up prior to my UA I would have had more than 7212.
Basically ATM my combined DP of all my purchased Normal Divs + Dark Divs + unspent DP is ~7900. What would happen to that ~700 if I UA or reset my points? I thought it just went poof
