Im about 22 bonus stage 3 with ascension badge and 2 runs with ascension badge boost + ~10-15 pre ascension badge and have gotten no sword drops in these runs.
Collectively this is about 280% + 160% + ~40% = 480% which I should have gotten 4-5 sword drops at this rate. Ive tried on different PC's and mobile. I have 2 sword at the moment. Wondering if there is some bug I am having?
Other than the 2 swords my armory is empty.

Yes, I have 2 and have had a dry season. Odd at this point is like 0.16% or like 1 in ~6,000 vs the normal odds of 14% or 1 in 7

14 runs of BS3 with no badge, no sword drop: 56.47% chance of happening (4% chance - 96% ^ 14)
20 runs of BS3 with badge, no sword drop: 4.9% chance (14% chance - 86% ^ 20)
2 runs of BS3 with badge and badge boost, no sword drop: 6.76% chance (74% chance - 26% ^ 2)
tl;dr : that's the odds for no swords, and you got 1 at least. only slightly unlucky.

I havent gotten a sword in the past 36(38 now) runs that I have kept track of. Its not I got 1 sword in those runs

I also have done more than 36 runs since I unlocked the armory. let me reword it.
The purpose of sharing my sword count and armor slots was to make sure there wasn't some limitation that I'm missing
Either way, seems like its just an odds issue.
