Hi. If i remeber correctly i made the UAfor about a week ago. Then when the game started anew i just made it a small way, then a portal came and when i entered i got to see the story behind the game (wich i’ve never seen before) and when i got out i was in Haunted Castle. I have now been stuck there since i have not been able to do any quests or kill any giants so i can’t get souls and theres no portals. Any way to make this work so i can continue?

no the issue is he can't gain sp because he can't complete the quest for it
