The permanent quests upgrade "all quest bundles stay unlocked permanently across all ascensions", does not seem to work for joey's quests and ancient quests.
They arent super expensive, but if you buy a quest bundle, ascend, then buy the permanent quests upgrade -> Normal quest bundles immediately unlock.
Joey's and ancients do not, but do stay unlocked once you buy them "after" getting the permanent quests.
This seems an inconsistency.
