Daily & Weekly Quests not showing up

Basically I don't get any daily, nor weekly quest resets, nor do silver boxes appear/stack like they used to a few weeks back. What do I do?

I sometimes get one, but there's an achievement where you are supposed to hoard a lot of them and I can't stack them at all even with days of activity

they have a 30 minute cooldown

then I think my save is bugged somehow, because they appear once in a blue moon

i usually have to convert the to because i see them so rarely

sounds like there might be a connection issue
daily, weekly, , and only appear when there is an internet connection

ok, daily quests still don't spawn, just waited for the timer to run out and it just started over after hitting 0
