Last 2 days my quests did not reset, i lost 8 eggs for no reason. I keep my game running almost 7/24. Tried restarting the game quite a few times, did not work. I get 20x daily cps bonus but not the quests. Do you have any suggestions on how to fix it?

Have you received offline rewards during the (apparently rare) times that you turn off the game?
edit: should note that text pops up in the middle of the screen after at least 30 seconds, and additional rewards appear at the top of the screen after at least ten minutes.

no i did not, i close with the game-in option (not just alt+f4) and restart game afterwards, it just continues from where i left

Has your clock moved ahead of the present time at any time?
It seems you're still connecting to the server, since you're getting the daily bonus "ad". If that has happened, there might not be any more until it has reached the furthest point in time that the game has experienced.

No clock is always set automatically, its not manuel or changed by any means. I tried logging in from my mobile phone and quests popped up that way. However how many times i restart it from Steam it did not work. I'll try this (obtaining quests from phone) again if i encounter it again and let you know.
