First reroll is already free, why not a second costing 5 for daily? third costing 10, fourth costing 15 and so go on...
Weekly quest could be more, like 10, then 20, then 30...
That could solve some

@hot parrot The guy asked about an auto-reroll if the quest is not possible, and the other one mentioned about the issue with rerolling bonus quests.
