Evil Hero?

So here is one thing i don't get. Why has the Hero mostly "evil" themed items?

*Ring of Corruption
*Dark Arrows
*Dark Talisman
*Death Aura
*Necromantic Necklace

Is he some sort of evil hero? Is he an evil person? An Antihero? An Imposter? A hero gone Monster?

Some items are more "neutral" like arcane amulet.

Why are there no/less "light" themed items.

Probably because he got it from evil enemies or something

Evil is an abstract concept. For most of the time, evil is the one who is on the opposite side.

I think it's more like dark or devil arts.
