I think it should be an ascension upgrade that makes that quests you already did stay after ultra upgrading, for me it's very exhausting to have to do the quest every time you ultra ascend. I think it sould cost 3/4 Qa sp mainly for the people who already reach most of the ascension upgrades so its not op

by that point, we barely have to go to each dimension more than two or three times each to do quests. It's hardly an inconvenience, less than once per month.

More than having the quest rewards unlocked i think is better to have all the quest active without having to spend coins or doing the quest to unlock the next pack of quest
It would feel nice and be less OP
It could be an astral for 2 QA or a divinity after AD or even a dark divinity that makes the quest need x% more the get them done
