When i but the things like that on the screenshot, it says that it will increase CpS by 20 or 25% or other value every time i'll collect the coin
So if i collect 1 coin i'll get 20%+ CpS but it's not

Each Coin you pick up gives you +{0}% of your current CpS.
I assume you refer to that string ?

I think that means that the coin value increase, the more cps you have.
For instance if your coin value is 10% of your cps before you buy the upgrade, it will be 30% of your cps after you buy the +20% upgrade

yep!
There is a set of upgrades that only covers those, the "Purse" series. Those say Increase Coin value only when picking them up by +{0}% and affect the Coin Pick Up Bonus stat.
