I re-rolled a quest and the game gave me the Use Rage Mode 9 times quest. The problem is I haven’t ultra ascended yet so don’t have the skill.
Not a major issue, more a minor frustration for a day.

Plab said he will lock it until one has eternal rage astral upgrade. For now yeah, gotta reroll whenever you get one.
