so the original plan was for me and my friend get the game and have fun but we got bored really quickly and refunded it, 2 hours later we get an email saying we cant refund the game because we played the game for more then 2 hours.The fact is we didnt, we played the DEMO for 10 hours and that somehow synced with the full game.And i recently found out there NO ONE playing online literally i tried playing online because i cant refund it and i dont want 10 euros to just be thrown away.Please help me and my friend @cerulean remnant get a refund.

Heya, sorry you are having trouble with refunds, but that sounds like a steam specific issue, probably worth reaching out to their support.
Demo is treated as a separate game entry on steam, so really there shouldn't be a way for game time to transfer over like you are describing 🫤
