Hi, to be able to identify better and potentially address the issue, it would be of great help to us if you let us know of the following:
⦁ Did you at any point cancel or skip the "Syncing data" window popping up?
⦁ Have you switched accounts?
⦁ Are you playing both on PC and Xbox?
⦁ When you noticed the hats were missing, were there any changes to other saves? For example, progress in Tiers of Heck/Wave Survival, settings in options, etc.
⦁ Do you recall any actions that could have affected the save games in any way?
