#Can't access my webpage, followed Pebblehost tutorial. 1.21.1

I just don't know what to do to be able to access the webpage, I've watched like 5 tutorials and read others problems. the Ip and port together.
I have done my Ip and original port
Ip and custom port
Subdomain and original port
And subdomain and custom port
The custom port was something that the pebble host tutorial made me do, but I also used my normal and new port from my server
