#Dynmap renders and then deletes WebP tiles

~~I have been using Dynmap with a MySQL database. Since setting up the database, I have removed some maps and zoom levels. After removing them, I did not notice the size of the database change significantly. It continued to grow at the same pace as Dynmap rendered more of the world.

Using a MySQL client, I was able to inspect the database. There are entries for old maps in the Maps schema, and I see more zoom values (0–7 than there are current zoom levels (no more than 5 on any map) in the Tiles schema.

Is there a way to clean old tiles and entries out of the database to save space?~~

New issue:

I cannot get Dynmap to use WebP images correctly. Even in verbose mode, there are no errors or messages indicating why Dynmap renders WebP tiles, adds them to the database, then in a matter of seconds removes them. I have tried three different versions of the WebP binaries, including the 1.3.0 version that other people got to work in posts on here and GitHub issues. I have reset the database multiple times. I have double-checked every config file for Dynmap. I don't understand why this is happening.
