Discord integration with web login | Dynmap® | Page 1

I require all my players to link their accounts before joining, using DiscordSRV.
Is it possible for me to somehow integrate the Dynmap web login with that (Discord), so players don't need to go into Minecraft just to log into the Dynmap?
