Dynmap: Version: [] - v3.7-beta-4 - Dec 24, 2023
Server: Paper 1.20.4 [Latest] (paper_1.20.4.jar)
Host: Apex Hosting; Vint Hill, Virginia
Specs: Ryzen 7 5800X 4.7GHz 8c/16t | NVME RAID1 | 4GB ECC DDR4 3200 MT/s
Issue: Using type: sqlite I ran a /dynmap fullrender {overworld} and everything was fine up until it finally finished, then a short while after the map went black and never loaded again. Upon going to the website you would be greeted with an error mentioning something about node.js. After some looking around online before coming here I found a thread saying that this had meant the sqlite database had corrupted and would need to be redone. Further reading seemed to imply that type: mysql was a generally safer and faster alternative to use. I then switched between those two options in the config and restarted. Upon doing so trying to go to the website yielded an error saying "This site can't be reached". Afterwards I uninstalled and reinstalled dynmap through Apex's panel, then readjusted the config again, yet nothing changed. I am unsure what to do now nor have I been able to find a solution.

Pastebin.com is the number one paste tool since 2002. Pastebin is a website where you can store text online for a set period of time.
that sounds like your sqlite db got corrupted, which is used for all image storage
it is best to fully wipe the dynmap config and folder, and restart the configuration this time with mysql set-up which it is not in the above config (you have the settings still commented out)
I will try this latre tonight o7
Did a complete reinstall and wiped the previous data, yet still doesn't work. New config:
contact your host on whether they support the opening of secondary ports which is needed for dynmap to be accessible from the outside
Got everything set up on MySQL this time and did a full render and after hitting over 200000 tiles rendered it wrapped around and did this. Does that mean that it's going to corrupt again?
huh lol, maybe you hit a overflow? never seen that
or paused and continued render
or restarted
I was afk the whole time, never gave any sort of input
Nor did the server reset in that time
very strange
