1. Hi Id like to know if Dynmap its working at the moment because 20 days ago I got 4-5gb ram used and now with same plugins but other hosting I got 8gb used and I dont know if it is still working. When dynmap finished at the other hosting ram went down to 4gb, now at this it keeps 8gb, cpu went down but not ram. Im going to send stats screenshot. I dont receive more dynmap notifications on the chat.
2. Why I see the old spawn yet removing cache and executing the update command (when I execute it, it finishes in 1 second)

you probably need to run a new full / radiusrender as worldedit updates are not logged

and ram usage is gouverned by minecraft, not us

different gc settings probably

so I do a little radius render for the spawn zone?

I meant when dynmap was working ram went up

and its not working now but ram still at top
