i enter my web url then " : " and then a allocated tpc port (same as indicated in the configuration.txt) but nothing is working

As in the subject described. @lime rivet means the Spigot-Version 1.20. Dynmap doesn't create a folder in my case. The plugin isn`t testet yet for this version, so we can't choose the server version. When will the plugin be updated to the last version?
