#really confused how to configure url on mod

I'm using Pebblehost, and nearly everything I find is information on how to configure the URL via a plugin. I replaced the port with a new port pebblehost created, and tried using the IP and Port for the URL, but nothing came up.

It doesn't matter if you use the plugin or the mod, the pebble guide should work on both, what does dynmap say on server start?
