I want a custom domain for my dynmap.

I have the domain name: affinityofkingdoms.nl.

I can change the DNS but which steps do I need to follow?

You can add an a record to the domain and then in your browser it should be http://sub.domain.tld:dynmapport

Does it have to be an port behind it when its the java standard port?

Java has no standard port? Only mc has 25565 and dynmap has 8123, both are required to connect
