How the hell does special cargo work? Today I bought 3 large warehouses and went through them all and for $7500 I had the technicians sourcing crates. Then I turned off GTA, when I reconnected 48 minutes later, for some reason there were 2 crates in two warehouses, but one warehouse was completely empty, I didn't think much about it and paid 3x$7500 again, but when I reconnected 48 minutes later, nothing changed, no crates were added and when I go to the technician and pay $7500 it doesn't even take my money. Does anyone know what could help with this? Or am I just stupid and doing it wrong?

The videos that actually explain how it works. What do they say? I don’t have the most complete info because I choose to not have to keep paying to make my money but as far as I know, the technicians should get you either 1 2 or 3 each time you pay them.
A simple check could be to just occupy yourself with something else and stay in the session instead of just disconnecting straight away to see if anything happens during the 48 minutes. Or you could source a few yourself to see what happens.
