can I have both or one replaces the other? (I dont want to waste in case it replaces)

After looking it up, it says you can add the different upgrade categories but specific to your screenshot, you can’t add two from the same category.

I really don’t see it as a waste though if you need it for something. I don’t need it for any reason but you might. Otherwise you wouldn’t even be considering it.
