Is having all four businesses in the docks worth it/good idea?

Location of mc businesses is all personal preference. Important thing is to always sell outside of city limits in this case. They all do the same thing so it means nothing which you get.

Of course, if you ever wanted to do two one after the other, you're gonna have to get back to the docks but that is only if you wanted to do so. Under normal casual play, it really means nothing.
