For setups you’re better off with an airworthy vehicle to get from place to place quickly. The hakuchou gains speed by leaning forward keeping both wheels grounded unlike the bati for instance where it’s much more difficult to dodge obstacles because you lose turning and by the time you put your front wheel back on the ground, you’d likely already be on the pavement. Small little details that I don’t believe has anything to do with hsw.
