I don’t know how planes will help with grinding seeing as you need some sort of runway to land and take off. Buzzard is $1.7 million and I don’t know how much extra the sparrow costs. Kosatka is $2.2 but I never made those purchases so I never looked. As for motorbikes, Bati ($15 thousand) can do an infinite wheelie so your speeds increase rapidly while the Hakuchou ($975 thousand) is also a quick little bike that goes faster if you lean forward.
I don’t grind the game so I’m not quite sure what grinders look for but it’s a list to get you pointed in the right direction.

Definitely look into getting a sparrow if you have a kosatka, it runs infinitely spammable missles and is the fastest helicopter in game + service vehicle; vigilante is also a great one if your doing missions and heists, fastest old gen land vehicle with top 5 most aggressively tracking homing missles; kuruma if you don’t have one already is good for missions with tons of enemies surrounding something which you shouldn’t blow up; and a fast bike if you use mc over ceo (which you should)
