Hey so a while back when I bought a nightclub my dumb self got the airport one and now I wanna trade it in for a vinewood one but it has all the upgrades for it now. So my question is should I even bother cause I'd be losing out on millions

No at least not for now. Wait till theres a discount or until you save up enough money from that nightclub and other places to move it.
Im not sure about location names in gta v but if you want to move it you should get the one near the casino because its closest to the desert with a highway which makes the nightclub sales or dropping off people much easier if you need to go there.
Just don’t rush to it because that loss will really hit you if you don’t have other businesses.
