I just mean like when I put my crosshairs on something it focuses on that thing and blurs the outer parts of the screen. Can that be adjusted?

Could you possibly send a screenshot just to confirm what is happening? It isnt something that Vanilla RTX should at all be doing unless your using the specific BetterRTX preset on the app
