The only reliable way to farm Proof of a Concord Kept, Wolf's Blood Swordgrass, and Human Dregs with others is to have two people (three for Proof of a Concord Kept) willing to start new characters and go to an unconventional matchmaking bracket.
All three items require an auto-summon through their respective covenants; you cannot get them through Red Sign Soapstone or Red Eye Orb.
The only covenant items that can be farmed through the Red Sign Soapstone are Pale Tongues, Vertebra Shackles, and Sunlight Medals.
