Anri not spawing in Yorshka

I talked to her in the catacombs and kille dhorace,then went back to the bridge to talk to her and got the ring.when i visit the curch of yorshka she is not there...what did i do wrong?

There is also a sort of shiny flame where she was standing on the bridge
