For my next run I wanna do something harder than a base level run. Would a consumable only run be possible?

Possible but very difficult tedious (probably a better descriptor than difficult tbh). I've done Yhorm max NG+ consumables only before but it took like 35 minutes lol. Realistically you'll probably need to make use of leaving consumable stacks outside of the fog wall
