#Problem with my game. And dropping covenant items?

Something is wrong with drops in my game. If anyone can help me by dropping the covenant items, id be grateful. Another problem thats ongoing with me before i start my ng+. I had purchased every single item off of orbeck and was ready to get the two rings and my final gesture for the trophy. When i spoke to orbeck to exhaust his dialogue it was the same as it was before i bought the items. Unfortunately, i forgot i had the mimic helmet on, my grandma called me and i left my ps unattended and i died. I returned to orbecks spot and he had disappeared. help :(

im not sure i was following a guide for the plat trophy and each scroll he got I also got. and I gave the scrolls before certain bosses so he doesnt run away. i bought the items along with him

You can't drop covenant items but can get help farming them in the channel prov mentioned

Some items are more annoying to farm than others
