I’m a ER player that has given DS3 a good shot.

I know these questions are long but I’d appreciate some Clarification/Tips 🙂

I have beaten all of the base game bosses without help and I can safely say DS3 is far better in a variety of things than ER IMO.

I’ve beaten all bosses in the DLC’s so far besides Gael and Midir, I’m walking towards Midir’s door but can’t access it am I missing something?

Also I worry I can’t beat him I’ve vowed to myself and friends that I will beat DS3 with no help. But Dragon type bosses have always messed me up especially the larger ones… and well I’ve seen Midir…

I don’t really know his move set at all and was hoping for some tips for what to expect, btw I’m a pure strength build using the Fume Sword am I cooked 💀

I wanted to say more but this is going on long enough if your enthusiastic to teach me stuff please type in here you’ve DM’ed me I apologise for all the reading 😦

  1. Midir doesn't have a door, it's a secret path that leads to a hole where you drop down to his arena.
  2. Midir is the best dragon fight that FromSoft has ever created. The attacks are choreographed and designed in such a way that if you learn the moveset, the boss fight becomes easy. A lot of times, running backwards is better than trying to roll or block attacks. Make sure you hit his head as that's his weak spot

U can use a wolf knight greatsword or the farron greatsword, if u are already on strength build. Though the wolf knight is miles better. Those two deal more dmg to midir. The wolf knight special attack is fast enough, deal superb dmg to midir head, and most importantly, is sick as hell. You might like it. Upgrade to full you will like it a lot
