One-Shot build?

I‘m Soullevel 180 and I want for NG+2 a One-Shot build with the Dragonslayer armour weapon. Is it worth it?

But you using some 3 buffs for that

but to maximize damage you'd use morion blade, rtsr, lightning clutch, and then whatever applicable buffs

power within if you have chest hair
