Any tips for the fight and the best build?

If you use an UGS, attack her head specifically
You can stun her into a riposte
If not, stick behind her
During phase transition you can hide behind a pillar to render it useless
There is a cheese but it takes longer than it takes to kill her with a regular wep

I believe she is weak to dark, but that fight was easier than I was expecting - just have to avoid panicing and getting hung up on all the crap scattered around. I used the dark fireballs.
