I can tell you step by step or a bit more vague
For the Lord of hollows, get all 5 darksigns from yoel (the Pilgrim npc you find in the undead settlement) just die a few times and talk to him, level up for free 5 timed and you're good.
After killing watchers, he died and yuria should spawn.
2nd part is with anri. Talk to her throughout the catacombs and meet her at the Chapel in irithil. Find the Pilgrim in a corner talk to her, meet her just before the anor Londo staircase lift behind an illusory wall, talk to her to receive an item, "marry" anri and there you go. Don't cure hollowing withe the firekeeper and you should be fine
