for talisman you can use ROTTEN WINGED SWORD INSIGNIA,LORD OF BLOOD'S EXULTATION,MILLICENT'S PROSTHESIS,CLAW TALISMAN and for weapon you can use a couple of GODSKIN PEELER with blood infusion with seppuku PS: you have to spam the jump attack in power stance
