Okay so I didn't know I had to kill the crocodile thing on the bridge I just ignored it (got scared and panicked.) and now it's not appearing again. I need the right eye what should I do?

Yeah it falls down into the swamp below if you run away, so from the church bf you keep going down sets stairs until you find a swampy place, then go under the bridge and it’ll spawn.
