currently on my second play through wanting to do a full sister friede build, so I’ve been wondering if it’s feasible to go straight to the dlc from the cathedral of the deep or would my soul level be too low?

depends how good you are and whether or not you rush dancer for +9 weapon

Get 26 vigor, kill the dancer early for a +9 weapon, and you should be perfectly fine if you can dodge her attacks decently

You could do it even with a 0+ weapon and level 1 but that's gonna be a lot more difficult 🗿
