Im currently at the point in the game where i am able to go to Farron Keep, the Cleansing Chapel, or the Snowfield. I was wondering which of these 3 would be the best to complete first? or what order yall would suggest that they are best to go through in, thanks!

You mean cathedral of the deep?
Most people go to cathedral of the deep first and it is imo the better route to go as farron keep can be a pain to go through. It is also the recommended progression.
After completing cathedral of the deep you can go to farron keep although its completely up to you since the lvl requirements are quite the same
As far as tge snowfield goes I would save it for mid-late game. Although, again, its all up to you. Go and explore and determine what you're ready for and what not

I just got through Farron Keep and found it easy, personally.
Had more trouble with Cathedral

Yes but the toxic lake tends to be annoying i usually go through cathedral since you can immediately progress to irythill later
