Elden Ring regional edition question

I tried looking it up myself, but didn't find anything out. My license of Elden Ring specifies 'Rest of world edition'. What is the counterpart to Elden Ring: Rest of World edition? Does it imply an alternate edition? Are there any changes to the gameplay, story, or software?

Sorry, I looked it up again and it was actually Sekiro with this discrepancy, I got gifted an Elden Ring steam code around the game launch

Maybe not the best place, but I wonder what the differences are

Between sekiro and elden ring?

Well i havent played sekiro yet

But sekiro is a bit more fast paced from what i can tell

And if you have played something like metal gear rising you would be familiar with the attack-parry combat of that game

the only change is that the game can only be activate in that region

meaning you cant buy an american region and activate it in india

and playable

for some countries it might have something to do with censorship, based on what the game is and the laws from that country
