Okay so I’m on NG+ and I Didnt do all the quests over my first play through. Now I’m on NG+ and I’m actually making an effort to do side missions and side quests because now I know there’s some seriously good loot to be made. I’m in the midst of the nepheli loux quest, and nepheli hasn’t showed up to the round table hold after defeating Godrick. I made sure to exhaust all her dialogue, and all of Kenneth Haight’s dialogue as well. Ofnir’s library isn’t open yet, and I’m just perplexed lol
Any help able to be provided?
