Both SteamVR and ALVR client/streamer are set to 90. Using an M5 Vision Pro with PSVR2 controllers, AV1 codec. Nothing I’ve done has been able to permanently fix it so far, I’ve tried multiple session.jsons, resolutions, bitrates, and the issue still persists. A few days ago I somehow got it working by switching from 90hz, to 120hz, back to 90hz, but I’ve yet been able to replicate it. I’ve also tried switching between ALVR builds in testflight to no avail. My computer is connected directly to my router (which is also quite near where I use my AVP), I cannot switch its channels because it’s a Spectrum router.

I have this same issue. No idea how to solve it though.
Ive been having the exact same issue.
Reducing resolution (3800 & HVEC) and tweaking bit rate (180) along with minimising steam & the ALVR desktop on my PC seems to be helping - I've been able to 'fix' the issue 3 times in a row now, with only one or two missed frames. Seems to take 30 secs or so to settle down once inside the steam VR home for me.
Scratch that, broken again today and nothing i do seems to fix the frame drops sigh
