Simple question about wired ALVR

Hey everyone, I downloaded ALVR last night and its been pretty good besides latency. I have a wired connection that im going to switch to but** I don't know what type of USB port (gen) is required for ALVR's wired connection.** Thanks. (Quest 3s Intel Arc B580 gpu)

Oh i forgot to add, my wired connection is from USB to USB type C

Usb 3 is recommended for higher bitrate, but I think usb 2 should be usable with lower bitrate.
