Platform: Arch Linux, KDE Plasma, and Network Manager
Installation method: ALVR Launcher from AUR.
Headset: Quest 3
CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 5800X
GPU: RTX 3060
Desktop PC
Screenshot of logs and then session.json attached.

I saw someone earlier experiencing a similar issue to me with no definitive answer both times so I figured I'd back this up.
I have two connections, one just for my headset with no internet wired to my computer (TP-Link AX1800), and a WiFi connection to the main router on the opposite side of my house (whatever the stock modem is) in the living room, since that's where the service box is.

So here's the problem, even with the WiFi connection turned off, the server without missing a beat throws back a connection timeout error, less than a second after the headset client is started. I've forgotten and retrusted the client so many times to no avail as well.
So it detects my headset flawlessly but refuses to connect. What should I do?

The thing for me is it only says it timed out on my PC, and not the headset, which makes me feel like something is going wrong on the OS-side.
