I just wanted to ask what ALVR options would directly effect the steam remote desktop stream quality as I find that it's quite blurry like it's a very low resolution.

It seems to be ok when streaming a game.

I have provided screenshots of any settings that I have changed and any settings not included in the screenshots are set to default values.

My hardware:
Headset: Quest 3
GPU: RTX 3080 10GB
CPU: i7 11700k
RAM: 64GB
OS: Windows 11
Router: ASUS RT-BE86U

Any assistance will be greatly appreciated, thank you for your time.

use constant bitrate not adaptive

ok thanks, i was unsure about that setting. my bitrate seems to float around 170mbps so i decided to set it to 150mbps.

150 is about right for most headsets

turn resolution from medium to high if system can handle it
