I’ve tried every solution I could find online. Been trying for weeks, almost a month now. Help. I’m on newest version of fedora linux btw.

I have a MX550 and yes, I have the correct drivers installed and yes, they’re up to date

#

Yes, I tried the troubleshooting website

#

I’ve tried other fixes that involve custom launch options

#

I’ve tried two separate versions of the alvr on the quest, one from sidequest and one from the built in store

#

I’ve tried fedora on gnome

#

Read that x11 is better

#

And tried X11

#

Yes, I got X11 working on the newest fedora

#

No, it’s not really meant to

#

I’ve tried older versions of steam vr

#

Which almost worked

#

But gave me graphics card errors

#

And no, it didn’t work on Ubuntu for me either

#

On either gnome or X11

Tried different ways, but it’s the newest drivers Nvidia released that support the MX550, and it just ends up saying I already have it and asking if I wanna replace it. Idk what it’s called but should be easy to find
