Better settings for Wired Quest 3

Need tips on how to run it with more clarity and as smooth as Oculus Link. I also couldn't set up body tracking for VRChat

depends on what hardware you have

i would say use av1 and 150-200mbit constant bitrate with latest nightly, and light foveation preset

the max quest3 can take is 150-200mbit of h265 or av1

i use wireless only, there is no advantage to using wired

and nvenc with 4090 - with older nvidia gpus i would use hevc 150 and also worked fine

if i had older amd card i would use h264 and wired maybe for best result - but using quest with cable is rubbish

vrchat will never be smooth probably - it always cpu bottlenecks so you reproject - having a 9800x3d will help but still bottleneck so lol
